One of the UK’s market leading suppliers of Printed Communications has an opportunity for a Regional Account Director to be based in Russia.
The RAD, whilst reporting to and working closely with the Client Services Director (EMEA) in improving performance and profitability at all times, will ultimately be responsible for ensuring all business opportunities within the region (Russia/Belarus/Ukraine etc) are maximised.
The successful Candidate will be expected to continually identify, recruit and develop local well-rounded, experienced personnel to ensure that Client Services teams consist of the right calibre of individual necessary to provide exemplary levels of customer service, whilst also be expected to support Group Management in the development of new and existing accounts through client visits, presentations and any other required promotional activities, in addition to supporting the UK Procurement and Vendor Management teams in off shoring activities and the completion of tender requirements.
As an excellent communicator, applicants will be comfortable in dealing with personnel at all levels through formal presentations, both orally and in writing and must be fluent in Russian and English, with wider reaching language skills proving advantageous.
We seek individuals with broad experience from within a print related environment and excellent knowledge of print production, covering the full spectrum of print processes. Applicants should also have experience of supporting client requirements for more than one country and a minimum of 2 years experience in managing a team of 5 or greater.
