One of the most respected names within the UK Printing industry has an exciting opportunity to join their Client Services team.
They require an Account Executive to join the team at their West Yorkshire premises and be responsible for managing print and mail orders from inception though to delivery, ensuring delivery is met, on time every time.
The incumbent must be prepared to serve as the primary contact and source of information for and from Clients and suppliers, possibly requiring external visits to both.
As a potential Candidate you will already be operating in a Customer Services team within a Print – and ideally Transactional or Direct Mail – environment and will be able to demonstrate an effective manner in handling telephone, fax, internet and e-mail enquiries.
