London based printer has an opportunity for a Production Manager to head up their Direct Mail division.
Reporting to the Operations Director, the DMPM will take overall responsibility for producing Daily & Weekly workflow schedules, constantly liaising with other departments – specifically with Data & Print Production – to ensure all jobs meet allocated delivery timescales.
Heading up a twelve strong team, the sought individual will work closely with the Senior Account Manager and the Production Director, but will involve all members of the Production team.
Our Client requires an individual that can demonstrate confidence, professionalism and a ‘can do’ attitude that will develop and maintain an excellent working environment.
Therefore Candidates must possess excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to deliver results whilst working as a team, successfully managing people. For this reason previous management experience from within a Direct Mail environment is IMPERATIVE. In addition applicants require a good eye for detail, IT literacy in both Word and Excel and knowledge of Mailsort.
