An award winning, market leading mailing Company requires a Client Experience Director to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, aimed at maximizing the potential growth within a portfolio of their most prestigious Clients.


The role of the CED will require executive level and sound relationship management in addition to the ability to leverage Client relationships in order to identify and shape opportunities for new initiatives and revenue streams within the aforementioned existing Client base.


The CED will have management responsibility for a team of senior Account Directors and must possess the ability to lead, develop and motivate them to improve the value to the Client, whilst also motivating the team to secure organic growth to deliver against a formulated business plan.


Applicants will need to demonstrate solutions sales prowess required to secure major new business wins as well as a high level of understanding around the commercial structure of a proposition. They will work collaboratively with peers to galvanize efforts and be able to provide inspirational leadership to the aforementioned Account Directors, the Business Development team and Client Service Managers.
