Leading UK Print Organisation, comprising a unique group of integrated businesses, are looking to recruit an Account Director to head a Customer Service Team, in managing one of their Key Clients.
As the internal figurehead, you will take ownership for the smooth running of the account, leading by example and motivating a dedicated team. Through a hands on approach, you will ensure that all KPI’s, SLA’s and budget requirements are monitored and achieved.
Liaising with suppliers and agencies, you will possess an in-depth knowledge of Direct Mail, as well as a broad understanding of a wider variety of print solutions offered via a print management offering.
