Well respected Midlands manufacturer of Print & Mail requires an Implementation Manager to assist the business development team and provide in depth analysis of Client’s requirements.
The IM will be responsible for analysing potential new business opportunities and delivering the specifications of the solution to be supplied; developing and delivering implementation projects for new Client requirements and setting the tone for the ongoing Client relationships by working with the CRM team throughout the process, through to full handover of the account to the businesses operation.
In addition the IM will contribute to the consultative service provided to prospective Clients and will ensure that solutions proposed are indeed deliverable by the business.
We seek a team player, with strong project management skills and excellent communication ability including written, oral and the ability to present. Ideally Candidates will have previous experience in either Direct / Transactional Mail or a BPO environment; a proven track record of delivering significant projects around business process and at least 3 years experience in similar roles.
