A market leader in the supply of Print Management Solutions has an opportunity for a European Regional Manager to look after and manage the Nordic countries.
The ERM, whilst reporting to the European Operations Director, will be responsible for overseeing all activity in Finland, Norway and Sweden and will be located within one of these countries. Will also be responsible for improving performance and profitability at all times and seeking to maximise business potential within the current Client base.
The successful Candidate will be expected to continually identify, recruit and develop local well-rounded, experienced personnel to ensure that Client Services teams consist of the right calibre of individual necessary to provide exemplary levels of customer service, whilst also be expected to support Group Management in the development of new and existing accounts through client visits, presentations and any other required promotional activities, in addition to supporting the UK Procurement and Vendor Management teams in off shoring activities and the completion of tender requirements.
As an excellent communicator, applicants will be comfortable in dealing with personnel at all levels through formal presentations, both orally and in writing and must be fluent in English and at least one other applicable language, with wider reaching language skills proving advantageous.
We seek individuals with broad experience from within a print related environment and excellent knowledge of print production, covering the full spectrum of print processes. Applicants should also have experience of supporting client requirements for more than one country and a minimum of 2 years experience in a man-management type role.
