Multi national organisation requires a Client Services Representative to be based at its premises situated in South London.
The primary aim of the role is to act as the Client representative in order to maintain effective relationships, therefore will be the focal point of contact for his / her nominated Clients (of which there will be 2, 3 or 4 in total).
The CSR will serve as the principal daily liaison between the Client and Company, being responsible for ensuring all Client requirements are communicated to each department and delivered as required and on schedule, in addition to promoting and highlighting the needs of the customer to all relevant departments.
Will work with Clients to manage requirements and schedules for work, in addition to managing deadlines & ensuring all information is received in time to meet customer expectations.
