Midlands based printer with fulfillment & polywrap capabilities has an opportunity for a Production Manager to head its rapidly growing team.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the PM will take overall responsibility for producing daily & weekly workflow schedules, constantly liaising with other departments to ensure all jobs meet allocated delivery timescales.
Initially heading up a ten strong team – though it is anticipated this figure will DOUBLE within the next 6 – 9 months – the sought individual will work closely with all members of the Production team, operating very much in a hands on capacity.
Our Client requires an individual that can demonstrate confidence, professionalism and a ‘can do’ attitude that will develop and maintain an excellent working environment. Therefore Candidates must possess excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to deliver results whilst working as a team, successfully managing people. For this reason previous management / supervisory experience is IMPERATIVE.
