Leading supplier of Pan- European outsourced Print solutions are looking to strengthen their Vendor teams at 2 southern office locations through the appointment of 2 assistant buyers.


The key focus of the role will be to support the purchasing team in developing, implementing and managing a global supply chain.
Working alongside Vendor Managers, you will be effectively responsible for dealing with all day to day supplier working issues ensuring that :


• Supplier performance is monitored and audited
• All documentation is accurate in respect of enquiry, order and supplier match.
• Exceptional levels of quality and service are achieved against competitive pricing structures
• Supply chains (UK and Overseas) are effectively project managed.


It is expected that the ideal candidates will have operated in a purchasing capacity within the Printed Communication sector and thus will have gained a sound knowledge of Print Production processes. Equally you will be administratively organised, an exceptional communicator (written and oral), have a flair for negotiation with high I.T. competency skills.
A second (European) language would be of particular interest
