Our Client can only be described as a dynamic market leader in the supply of Printed Communications and holds a still growing – yet already enviable – reputation throughout Europe.
They now have an opportunity for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to help drive their Procurement team forward throughout the EMEA region.
Based in the South of the UK, interested parties must be able to demonstrate competency in using strategic sourcing techniques and best practice procurement within a Print environment involving an international supplier base, whilst most importantly adopting a hands-on, “ink on fingers” approach.
As the Strategic Sourcing Specialist, the successful Candidate will be responsible for analysing and developing existing sourcing strategies and building a world class supplier base across the EMEA region. In addition, will be expected to engage with key internal and external stakeholders
and introduce innovative cost saving initiatives.
To succeed in this role interested applicants must possess a strong background within print procurement and extensive knowledge of procurement best practices. Must also have experience of working in a fast paced environment and working with an international base of print / paper suppliers.
