An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a strong Client Services Manager to join a well established, renowned name within the Print sector.
Based in the East Midlands and within a short distance of the M1, our Client requires an individual that carves a path and leads by example, has excellent motivational and interpersonal skills, yet possesses “steel” when required and has obviously earned respect in previous roles. It is likely that the successful Candidate will hold at least three years previous management experience.
We seek individuals possessing knowledge of a wide range of print production techniques & disciplines such as Direct Mail, POS, Digital, Web & Sheet, Labels etc.
A background in Print Management / Print Outsourcing may prove advantageous.
Any interested parties must also be able to prove an exceptional track record in the delivery of service excellence, in a Client Services or Sales / Customer Support role.

Potential Candidates will be expected to demonstrate case histories of how and where their previous experience, aptitude and customer-focussed attitude has proved beneficial to both previous employers and Clients alike.
