Global organisation requires a Client facing Account Director (or equivalent level) to head up the Client Services team based on-site at customer premises and responsible for managing a team of approx 10 heads.
Based in the North East, we require a strong man-manager from within the printed communication / creative agency sector. The services provided by our Client include Document Management, artwork, print buying and repro.
Applicants should possess the ability to develop lasting senior Client relationships, be able to demonstrate a track record of inspiring, leading & motivating both Client and own reports and experience of managing a multi-service contract, encompassing the wide range of skill sets this entails.
An understanding of print or procurement environments is essential, ideally coupled with knowledge / experience of the print management sector.
Prince II & ITIL would prove highly desirable.
