Leading BPO provider requires an Account Manager to join their Customer Services team, based on site at a major corporate Client.
The role is heavily customer focused and will involve taking briefs, project managing DM campaigns, providing technical advice and cost saving initiatives.
You will also liaise with suppliers and Design Agencies to ensure that contractual requirements are met and Client expectations exceeded.
It is essential that suitable applicants have a sound background in Direct Mail in order to fulfil the technical requirements of this role.
Fixed 6 month contract.
