We are currently working on a project in Italy with a European supplier of outsourced print solutions. This project requires an experienced print professional, an Account Manager to look after the Italian arm of a prestigious account in the Brescia / Verona region, having responsibility for maintaining and developing the Client relationship, whilst ensuring the customers’ expectations of quality service are fully achieved.
Whilst working as an integral member of the European team and supported from Head Office in the UK, the incumbent must be capable of working independently from their own home base, dealing promptly and accurately with customer queries on live on-going orders, whilst also managing a national (and international) supplier base to ensure adherence to agreed deadlines. It is also likely that this role will involve commuting to the customers’ premises for on-site liaisons of at least three visits per week.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 Years print experience in an Account Management / Print Buying type role, giving a good knowledge and understanding of print production, associated processes and Italian suppliers. In addition, must be fluent in Italian, whilst also holding a very good standard of English, both written and spoken. Such Candidates will be organised, self-disciplined and timely in handling administration associated with the job, in addition to having a high focus towards customer service and delivering client objectives.
