Our Client, a provider of Printed Communications to a Pan European Customer base, has an opportunity for a Print Production Manager to join the arm of their European team serving Germany & Austria.
Reporting to the Country Manager, the PPM will be responsible for managing all aspects of print / direct mail production in Germany on behalf of a designated Pan European Account portfolio, including outsourcing all requirements to both a local and international supplier base. Applicants will be comfortable in dealing with personnel at all levels, both orally and in writing and MUST be bilingual, being FLUENT in both English & German.
Logistically, the role is challenging as it requires a great deal of travel, with the majority of time spent on-site at Client premises in both Hamburg and Nuremburg, with occasionally commutes to Austria. It is therefore perceived that the ideal Candidate will be resident in one of these two cities, with commuting to the other location for two / three days at a time posing no problem.
We seek experienced print professionals, possessing broad experience from within a print related environment, good knowledge of the full spectrum of print processes and should be capable of demonstrating a track record of managing & developing relationships with both Clients & suppliers.
