Our Client, a globally renowned Business Process Outsourcing organisation, seeks an experienced Service Delivery professional possessing experience from within the BPO sector.


The role embraces a culture of continuous improvement and in addition to monitoring SLA baselines will involve setting targets for improvements in service quality; creating and managing service implementation plans; measuring, reporting and communicating the progress of all service improvement initiatives in addition to requesting revisions to policies, processes, procedures and plans where necessary.


The sought individual is likely to be a seasoned Service Delivery campaigner, possessing a wealth of relevant experience including:
involvement in outsourcing bids (from pre-sales to successful implementation);
the designing and implementing of customer satisfaction and productivity improvement schemes;
the ability to adopt a hands-on approach – yet also lead – in a matrix management environment.


This is a key role and as such it is imperative that any interested party MUST have a strong background in IT; MUST be capable of demonstrating familiarity and extreme competence regarding financial P&L responsibility (and ideally cost improvement) and MUST possess relevant professional qualifications (e.g. ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, PMI).

In addition to meeting the above criteria, applicants require experience of Business Process Outsourcing and fluency in either French or German as a pre-requisite.
