Our candidate an established and experienced print management company has an opportunity for a Customer Service/Account Executive to join its team based in the East Midlands.
They are now seeking an addition to the team “ an individual with Print industry experience and the ability to provide the delivery of service excellence in the area of customer support, whilst also ideally possessing knowledge of a wide range of print production techniques & disciplines i.e. DM, POS, Digital, Buying etc. Candidates who possess a strong POS background would have a distinct advantage.
Your day to day role will involve managing the requirements of a designated number of accounts, ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are maintained, through a “can do” attitude and an attention to detail.
