Summary
Primary responsibility is to drive technical pre-sales / sales for my clients Litigation Support service offering, in terms of revenue and profitability. Business Development focus will mainly be law firms and corporate clients. Interaction will be both direct business development activity as well as technically supporting other company sales representatives with their own Litigation Support opportunities.
Key Essential Job Functions
Including but not limited to the following duties:
- Demonstrate technical expertise around the Litigation Support products and services
- Expand business into key market sectors
- Maximise relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop and monitor progress against agreed strategy which may be modified from time to time
- Develop, communicate and ensure execution of sales strategy
- Partner with team in developing and delivering effective presentations
- Drive sales and maintain relationships with assigned clients
Collaboration at all times with internal staff in achieving client objectives
Provide onsite consultation and answer questions from sales and other departments
Business development
- Develop in depth knowledge of the marketplace and competitors
- Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge
- Sell products intelligently, strategically approaching each sale
