The new recruit will join the European team and be responsible for maintaining and developing business levels within the Serbian side of existing Pan European contracts, ensuring that the customers’ expectations of service quality are fully achieved.
Whilst working as an integral member of the team, the AM will be dealing promptly and accurately with customer queries on live on-going orders, whilst also liaising with a national (and international) supplier base to ensure adherence to agreed deadlines.
Interested Candidates should be current residents of Serbia and must hold a good command of the English language (both written and spoken), possess a print production / Client relationship background together with drive & ambition, will be organised, self-disciplined and timely in handling administration associated with the job, in addition to having a high focus towards customer service and delivering client objectives.
