Our client, who is a global provider of time critical printed documentation into the corporate / financial market sectors, currently seeks a Customer Service / Account Management Professional fluent in both English & French, to be based out of their prestigious offices in London.
In this role you will provide specialised Customer Service to corporate clients by the day-to-day, job-to-job liaison between the customer and (1) the localised print production environment and (2) the company’s worldwide outlets. You will ensure all Sales Orders and Customer Instructions are processed correctly and communicated effectively within the group by way of the company MIS and to support localised production through routine scheduling meetings. In affect to become the client’s day-to-day representative at a local and group level.
To be successful in this position you must be fluent in both English and French, be a customer focused team player working to stringent service levels in a busy (24/7), high pressured and dynamic environment. A practical, logical and systematic approach is therefore needed along with creative, problem solving and analytical skills and close attention to detail. Skill set encompasses: -
Skilled in Customer Services and Sales support
Excellent experience/knowledge of litho and digital print environments
Ability to work within a global team structure
Estimating knowledge would be advantageous
Knowledge of local markets within the Financial Sector would be advantageous
On offer will be a superb basic salary between £35,000 & £40,000, with the potential to earn a performance related bonus.
