Our Client a Leading POS, Print & Design Specialist requires a Print Finishing Manager to assume responsibility for all pre finishing, assembly and packing activities.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager the successful candidate must have previous man management experience within a similar Finishing/Warehouse environment and originate from a print background. Alongside requiring ability to motivate, deliver appraisals and develop team.
Experience within a quality control enironment and preferably attained ISO 9001 & 14001 knowledge is desired. Also,proven ability to drive efficiency through the application of lean manufacturing techniques and best practice.
