Our client, who is a global provider of time critical printed financial and digital / litho printed commercial documentation into a vast array of clients, seeks a Customer Service Executive with a good working knowledge of print estimating to be based out of their prestigious offices in New Jersey.

In this role you will provide specialised Customer Service and by the day-to-day, job-to-job liaison between the customer and (1) the localised print production environment and (2) the company’s worldwide outlets. You will ensure all Sales Orders and Customer Instructions are processed correctly and communicated effectively within the group by way of the company MIS and to support localised production through routine scheduling meetings. In affect to become the client’s day to day representative at a local and group level. You will also provide estimates and pricing schedules to the local and global sales teams and formulate written estimates to the client for the complete range of Lithographic and digitally printed material

To be successful in this position you must be a customer focused team player working to stringent service levels in a busy (24/7), high pressured and dynamic print environment. You be must have a good degree of knowledge in creating and providing print estimates both quickly and efficiently. A practical, logical and systematic approach is therefore needed along with creative, problem solving and analytical skills and close attention to detail. Skill set encompasses: -

Skilled in Customer Services and Sales support
Hands-on experience/knowledge of litho and digital print production and distribution
Ability to work within a global team structure
Hands-on knowledge/experience of producing print estimates
