We are currently working on behalf of a successful and expanding POS organisation who are looking to recruit an ambitious Account Manager.

The Account Manager is responsible, and accountable, for the day-to-day management of the individual client relationship and business, while continuously seeking out new opportunities to grow the business. You will provide operational excellence, exceptional customer service skills, negotiation abilities, crisis management experience, process and project management skills and reporting.

The sought individual will be responsible for managing a prestigious account, overseeing the complete process from conception through to completion and ensuring that Client expectations are exceeded and projects delivered on time, every time. It is therefore essential that interested parties have the technical POS knowledge to assist Clients through each step of a Campaign.
Experience within the retail or Home Entertainment Industry would be desirable
