Market leading organisation within the outsourced solutions sector has a requirement for a Print Production Manager to join their Helsinki based Nordic operation.
The PPM will join the team responsible for servicing a number of prestigious accounts, ensuring that the Clients’ expectations of quality service are fully achieved.
Whilst working as an integral member of the team, the PPM will be dealing promptly and accurately with customer queries on live on-going orders, whilst also managing a national (and international) supplier base to ensure adherence to agreed deadlines.
Interested parties should possess a minimum of 3 Years print experience in a Client facing role, therefore giving strong Client relationship skills;
need to have a good understanding of print processes and wide ranging printed product knowledge;
require experience of outsourcing / print buying.
with Print Production experience gained within an Agency type environment will be of particular interest – POS experience will prove advantageous.
In addition, MUST be FLUENT in both Finnish and English.
