About the role

Our Client, a leading provider of advanced technical solutions now has an opportunity for an experienced Technical Support Workflow Specialist to be based in their offices in the South of England.

Reporting to the Technical Manager you will required to implement the introduction of software solutions into the EMEA region and provide pre and post sales technical support.

The ideal candidate will be customer focused with experience of sales support or project management, ideally within the Graphic Arts Industry. Candidates should have a detailed understanding of Pre-press workflows, colour management, printing equipment and software together with strong presentation skills.

Candidates must have a willingness to travel (approximately 20%) of time (predominately EMEA) and hold a full UK driving licence.
